Back in the rent game…
Oh we’re at it again! We need to get out of this flat we’re in, we out grew it the day we moved in lol. It has however served us well, we’re minutes from the train station and three tram stops, only 25 minutes to the city, we’ve had little trouble here aside from having our push bikes stolen but no big loss since we hardly used them. Our recent trips to Dubbo meant we were close to Melbourne Airport to get there which was handy but time to move on, we’re getting itchy.
Not sure what areas we’ll look at aside from the fact it needs to be within a 30 minute train ride to the city given it’s where I work and it looks like we’re looking for a house rather than a flat/unit. The prices of flats in the city are high and while we could afford it, most won’t allow me to move my cat in. 
Hopefully we’ll find something soon anyway!
