Drawing Day 2011 – Lets create 1 million drawings

Drawing day is held on the first Saturday in June every year, this year it falls on the 4th. It’s a day to celebrate art, to take pride in what we create no matter our skill and to be creative. Drawing day also has a goal of producing 1 million drawings worldwide, that will be quite a feat to get people from all walks of life all over the world.

Whether you can draw stick figures or a detailed self portrait, pick up a pencil and paper on the 4th and show your appreciation for art and those that have contributed to it over an age.
